In consideration of your use of the Website including the services of third party which is provided directly as part of the Eklavya Academy Aim to Achieve , you agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be requested for by the Website (ii) maintain and promptly update the Personal Data; and (iii) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account

Refund Policy
By purchasing any Online/offline program Course Package or participating in other available programs via the Site, you agree to the Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the Terms of Sale specified below. These Terms of Sale form part of the overall Terms of Use of the Site and are to be read in consonance with them.
These rules apply unless otherwise stated in the fine print pertaining to the Offer:
Refund/Centre Transfer Policy
- The refund is valid for 4 days from the date of activation of any package.
- After 4 days, Eklavya Academy will no longer be able to refund any amount to the student.
- Please note that the period of 4 consecutive days includes holidays falling in-between.
- If you have received any course material during this period, a course material fee subject to a maximum of 25% of entire course fee will be deducted from refunded amount.
- To get a refund the student has to contact with Transaction ID and registered mobile number and email ID.
